DESCRIPTION:I would like to invite you to St George’s Episcopal Church in Laguna Hills\, for an exciting afternoon on Saturday March 16th at 2:00 PM. We will be showing the movie “The Philadelphia Eleven” which is a documentary film about the first women ordained priests in the Episcopal Church. The movie will be followed by a panel discussion that includes: \n\nformer Presiding Bishop Katharine Jefferts Schori\nthe Rev. Canon Victoria Hatch\, the first woman ordained a priest in the L.A. Diocese\nthe Rev. Canon Dr. Nancy Wittig\, via zoom\, one of the Philadelphia Eleven\n\nThere will be snacks and drinks available before and after the presentation.
